5 STAR AWARD: Employer of the future

Dr Walser Dental was honoured as "Employer of the Future" - "Germany's most coveted business award."
To support SMEs in the competition, the German Innovation Institute DIND presents the "Employer of the Future" award.
The patron of this initiative is Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics.
In order to filter out qualified companies for this award, the independent editorial team of DUP UNTERNEHMER-Magazin is in regular contact with consultants and IHK experts and analyses interesting employers in a comprehensive review process. Dr Walser Dental was selected in this process. Dr Walser Dental achieved the required rating in this review process and was then informed by a personal letter of congratulations sent by post that the medical technology manufacturer had been nominated. Dr Walser Dental then successfully completed a multi-stage analysis process.
After completion of this process and the evaluation, Dr Walser Dental was informed that it had received the "Employer of the Future" award. At the same time, Dr Walser Dental was informed that Germany's largest business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER and the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation DIND now consider Dr Walser Dental to be one of the figureheads of German SMEs.
About the "Employer of the Future" award: Sustainability and high quality as an employer - this is what the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) awards companies with the "Employer of the Future" prize. The initiative is supported by former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries.
The award recognises innovative companies with a clear digitalisation strategy that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions. The focus is on modern management and employee friendliness. For example, flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models or employee benefits as well as individual training and development opportunities are included in a holistic picture that is created using an evaluation matrix that was developed with the help of input from experts from business and science. The awards will be presented for the first time this year as part of several networking events.
The employees and management are delighted to receive this honour, which is celebrated extensively. This award confirms that Dr Walser Dental, in addition to the many awards and nominations, is not only convincing as a manufacturer, but also as an employer.
