Dr. Walser Dental has been elected in the top 5 at the Demography Excellence Award Baden-Wurttemberg (DEA).

Yesterday evening the award ceremony for the Demography Excellence Award Baden-Wuerttemberg (DEA) took place in the Royal Palace in Ludwigsburg.

Dr. Walser Dental has been elected in the top 5 of the Demography Excellence Award Baden-Wurttemberg 2015 by a nine-member jury, consisting of representatives of business and politics.

The award was originated in 2009 by the Association Forum of Baden-Wurttemberg of the Federal Association of German Management Consultants BDU e. V. The award recognizes corporations and other organizations and companies that have demonstrated outstanding achievements in the field of demography-oriented corporate policy. All winning companies will receive a prize of 2,000 euros. The sum of money has to be supplied by the award-winners to a society or social purpose of their own choice.

"The Demography Excellence Award Baden-Wurttemberg honors projects that show exemplary how the consequences of demographic change can be mastered in organizations. This means a sustaining change for the world. Employees remain longer in working life, the labor market participation of women is increasing, and workers with a migration background are indispensable. Health at work, lifelong learning and individually tailored working hours and career models are gaining in importance. In addition, companies are facing the challenge of coping with an increasing cultural diversity of its employees."
