Dental matrices awarded with "Best of" Industry Award for the sixth time

After the official opening of the most important industrial fair worldwide, through Federal Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel, the winning exhibitors were honoured with the INDUSTRY AWARD 2017 directly at their booth.

The objective jury with its experts consisting of 34 professors, scientists, industry representatives and specialised journalists awarded Dr. Walser Dental and its ON-matrix for most posterior teeth with the title “Best of 2017”. This Walser® matrix is applied with one hand movement within seconds and adapts disto-cervically without screws and spanners. Since there is no possibility to use a wedge at the most posterior tooth, usually there arises a surplus of composite which has to be removed effortfully. Not so with the ON-shape.

Senator h.c. Gerhard R. Daiger, Managing Director of Dr. Walser Dental, is pleased with the honouring. One day before this year’s International Dental Show, the worldwide greatest dental exhibition, 30 specialised journalists visited the booth of Dr. Walser Dental, to enquire about the innovation which was elected into the “12 exhibition Highlights”. The next day the television crew of RTL visited the booth.

Already in March the innovation was honoured with the title “Qualified” by the jurors of the Industry Award.

The jurors evaluate the submitted products and solutions based on a specified catalogue. Crucial for the honouring is among others the progress (innovation, readiness for start of production and future orientation) as well as the economic, social, ecological and technological benefits.
