"Oskar" nominated

The Dr. Walser Dental GmbH, who is successful worldwide with their Walser dental matrices, was suggested from an official institution out of over three millions enterprises in Germany as award worthily and after check of numerous criteria nominated for the "Oskar of the small and medium-sized businesses". Thereby the enterprise already counts to the top enterprises in the country
After request the Dr. Walser Dental, manufacturer of the self tightening dental matrix system, had to present extensive documents. The eleven country juries now determine the finalists of every country. The finalists of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Hesse are announced in the Maritime hotel Würzburg where the award takes place for the 14th time on September 13th, to which the Dr. Walser Dental is invited. The annual lending is held by the Oskar-Patzelt foundation from Leipzig.
Already 2006 the Dr. Walser Dental was chosen as the first medical engineering company in Germany into the top 10 in the innovation success and is therefore holder of the cachet "top 100 enterprises" in the small and medium-sized businesses. In 2007 the Dr. Walser Dental was once more awarded as a top 100 enterprise. In Berlin at Axel Springer publishing house the manufacturer for dental instruments was chosen into the top 3 of the "International Best Factory Award 2007" and was honoured to one of the best enterprises of its class. Soon afterwards the enterprise was honoured for their social responsibility in Stuttgart by Minister Pfister and Bishop Dr. Fürst.
After that Prime Minister Günther H. Oettinger honoured the company from Radolfzell with a certificate for its extraordinary, voluntary, social engagement in the honorary office. Also this year the company was honoured by Minister Pfister and Bishop Dr. Fürst for its social responsibility. Soon afterwards the Dr. Walser Dental got the "Industry Prize 2008" in the category “medical engineering”. And now the manufacturer for dental instruments is nominated for the "Oskar of the small and medium-sized businesses", too.
The “Grand Prix of the small and medium-sized businessess" of the Oskar-Patzelt foundation, started as a local initiative in Leipzig in 1994, established since 2003 as an intersectoral competition nationwide. It is the most important medium-sized businesses competition and an exception. The enterprise is regarded as a whole. Although the awards are not remunerated, no other competition reaches a such great and continuous resonance. To win there is honour and public recognition but no financial incentives. More than 150 personalities collaborate into twelve juries nationwide, 29 regional service points, two advisory boards and further committees of the Oskar-Patzelt foundation.
So the Dr. Walser Dental GmbH has developed with the Walser dental matrices an instrument, which makes the work easier for many dentists. Carious teeth can be filled without problems with the help of the self tightening matrices which adapt to every tooth automatically. The O-shape matrices which are usable at one-sided deep caries for all tooth forms are the latest coup. Time is the decisive factor which makes the enterprise of the dental specialist so successful.
Because the company invests time in its new developments. So a large part of the working time is used for developing new ideas. The company also takes time for its customers. And these finally save a lot of the time and money because the products of Lake Constance are so easy to handle. A recipe for success which comes up: The matrices and special forceps are exported in over 80 countries and are used by ten thousands of dentists worldwide. The new high-grade steel keyboard for extreme sterile demands and the inlay and pin tweezers with a high spring force are further on a run of success.
