Reappointed as commercial judge

Senator Daiger, the managing director of the Dr. Walser Dental, manufacturer of dental matrices, was re-appointed as commercial judge by the Ministry of Justice for further 5 years.

Senator h.c. Gerhard R. Daiger was named as commercial judge in a document from the Ministry of Justice of Baden-Wuerttemberg in the chambers for commercial matters at the District Court of Constance for another 5 years. During the period of his duty as a commercial judge he has all rights and duties of a judge.

The chambers for commercial matters (KfH) of the District Courts are occupied with a special Chamber for merchants, with two lay judges (commercial judge) and one professional judge (chairman). The appointment as commercial judges is carried out by the country's Ministry of Justice and is made via the respective Regional Court or the District Court President.
