Federal Government accompanies the discussion actively around the perception of entrepreneurial responsibility for years and passed an action plan CSR in 2010.
The Federal Ministry of Work and Social (BMAS) is responsible within the Federal Government. The most important advice committee is the national CSR forum, their 44 experts are from the economy, politics and the civil society.
The Federal Government has invited the Dr. Walser Dental, which is successful worldwide with their sectional matrix system, to apply for the CSR prize. The prize honours enterprises which socially, ecologically and economically design her business activity peaceable durably.
CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility and describes a responsible corporate management: Fair business practices, employee oriented personnel policy, thrifty use of natural resources, protection of climate and environment, seriously meant engagement on the spot and responsibility take-over also in the supply chain are not arguments only important for customers, employees and business partners. They are prerequisite for lasting competitiveness particularly and safeguard the business basis of an enterprise in the long run.
