IDS 2013, a record fair in all terms

The manufacturer of dental matrices celebrates his greatest success as an exhibitor at the IDS 2013, who graduated with record figures in all areas.
125,000 visitors from over 148 countries flocked to the IDS, the world's largest dental exhibition, this year. The Dr. Walser Dental demonstrated their dental matrices, which are placed and removed with one hand movement. The new dental matrix-forceps was introduced, too. The many visitors were very impressed by the simplicity and swiftness of the matrix system. The interest was overwhelming and the staff of the manufacturer for matrices could hardly keep up with the very large number of inquiries and orders.
Especially the various special matrices for last teeth and one sided deep caries, which are fitted within 4 seconds, were inspiring for the dentists. By trying it on their own they were impressed by the easy handling and the automatically adaptation of the dental matrices on the conical tooth shape.
The dental matrices are environmentally friendly because they are reusable. Also, they are very gentle to use with patients, even as they slide through tight spaces between the teeth. Environmental considerations were continued by the manufacturer by giving no plastic bags, but cotton bags and pens made from recyclable materials as presents.
The IDS noted records with more visitors, more exhibitors and more floor space this year. With about 2,050 exhibitors from 56 countries and 125,000 visitors from over 148 countries, the internationality increased again.
"The global appeal of IDS increased impressively from event to event. Particular, due to the high internationality and strong decision-making skills of the trade visitors, we expect a positive impact on the further fiscal and sustainable development at the national and international health markets," concluded Dr. Martin Rickert, Chairman of the Association of German Dental Manufacturers (VDDI) (from the Final Report of the 35th International Dental Show).
