Cancellation at the IDS: Free live demos instead

The manufacturer of dental instruments has cancelled its participation in IDS 2021.

Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, Dr. Walser Dental and its team cannot welcome and give advice to the numerous guests from more than 120 countries and the many visitors as they usually do.

Dr. Walser Dental and its team would have loved to demonstrate the time-saving products, e.g. the Walser® tooth matrices for 4-surface fillings, which automatically fit to the tooth within seconds with one hand movement. These unique dental matrices are very helpful especially now in the corona pandemic, because dentists save half the time when placing dental fillings.

Dr. Walser Dental participates annually as an exhibitor in many dental exhibitions worldwide. However, the IDS which takes place every two years is the most important exhibition for Dr. Walser Dental. The countless visitors from all over the world usually want to test the products at the exhibition booth of Dr. Walser Dental. However, the dentists, students and distributors, due to the measures taken to protect the visitors because of the safety distance, could not be cared for in the way they usually are.

A personal exchange, on which the manufacturer of Walser tooth matrices attaches great value and is very important to them, as well as hospitality could not be guaranteed as usual. In the foreground is above all also that Dr. Walser Dental would like to expose its employees, business partners and customers to no risk and protect them from an infection.

Therefore the management of Dr. Walser Dental has decided with a heavy heart not to participate in the IDS 2021.

But currently, customers worldwide are being advised by live demos and can ask questions during the video demonstrations, which are held in different languages.
